Oracle's oledb or odbc

Whats the best to use with Oracle and where can I get it?

It seems that MS doesnt advise to use MSDAORA because will be taken out from next windows versions.

OraOledb of Oracle.
Better use adofuncs, because they default to MSDAORA or OraOleDb whichever is installed on the computer.
