can we operate FiveWeb and php pages on the same machine on an Apache Server at the same time.

Yes :-)

We have FiveWeb demos running in www.fivetechsoft.com where php is used too, both in Bluehost

Hi, Otto

To use SSL you need to install the certificate on the HOST and from there you can start using HTTPS instead of HTTP.
No change in the behind system running Apache / IIS is required.
