Harbour and new Apple M1

Does anybody here happen to have any experience building harbour apps on the new Apple M1 chipset? I have a few questions but don't yet have a newer M1 Mac to do any testing with and haven't found any direct answers while looking.

Will apps built under MacOS with an Intel CPU still run unaltered with MacOS and the new M1 chip? I assume that the answer to this is yes, and that it would actually be running Rosetta 2 emulation.

Can harbour be built as a native arm application for MacOS and the M1 chipset, and the compiled apps then run native arm under MacOS?
