what U mean ?
do you always have an interrupted Internet connection?
you are privileged, or you are Bill Gates or you are Elon Musk :)
here it often goes away for days and the government does not refunds you for non-service !!!

Here, to give you an example, electricity goes off for days causing us to melt the food in the refrigerator.

One year for my birthday I had bought many things to offer to my friends, the government cut off the electricity for many days making us remain in the dark and without heating because even if there is gas, the boilers work with electricity.

Well after 12 days the government put the electricity back on and never refunded us, I asked for a refund for the food I had bought melted in the refrigerator, no one refunded me

let alone for the internet connection .... they unplug it for days and you stay still and you can't work

Especially in summer they block cellular connections for days, especially in seaside places
Since from 1991/1992 ( fw for clipper Rel. 14.4 - Momos)
