A picture on top of the text

Is it possible to overlay an image on text in an xBrwse cell ?

1) Text Bottom aligned and image top aligned?
or
2) Paint text in foreground over image as background?
or
3) Text as background and transparent image as foreground?

I could use it like this :



A selected small image that position as a layover in a cell in the top right or top left position in order to show that these cells need extra care.

This can be done with colors, but the png could also be like (DISCOUNT) image
