Run samples mod_harbour (sessions) and others

Hi!
I get this error, while run ../modharbour_samples/sessions/index.prg

Error: Can't open #include file 'fileio.ch'

Source:

0063: elseif AP_PostPairs()[ "user" ] == "user02" .and. AP_PostPairs()[ "password" ] == "user02"
0064 => SessionStart()
0065: SetSessionByKey("user", "user02")
0066: SetSessionByKey("name", "Lisa Margaret")

How to change configuration this ?
The file fileio.ch found into ~/harbour/include
Other samples of mod_harbour works fine.
