This ar native functions of xharbour:

Secs()
Calculates the number of seconds from a time string.
Syntax
Secs( <cTime>|<dDateTime> ) --> nSeconds

TString()
Converts numeric seconds into a time formatted character string.
Syntax
TString( <nSeconds> ) --> cTimeString
