Hello 5Winners;

Can you recommend an .rc editor? I don't mean a .res (compiled .rc) editor. I mean a text-designer .rc editor.

Thank you,

Reinaldo.

Hello Mauricio.

Always good to see you around. I had forgotten about Pelles C. Great suggestion.

Thank you very much and keep playing.

Reinaldo.

Reinaldo

I have used Resedit ( stand alone Resource editor ) 64 bit for many years .. Unfortunately the Resedit folks have stopped development and you will have to google RESEDIT to find sites that still have the program to download .. creates .rc forms

I can send it to you if you like .. or download from here:

Thank you Rick. Always good to see you around. I guess there are more choices than I initially thought. That's a good thing.

Keep coding, my friend.

Reinaldo.

Hi Maurizio,
I'm using Pelles C resource editor too.
But I have a problem that each time I save my rc file the line
1,24 "WindowsXP.Manifest" is deleted.

So I have to put it manually into the file which is not very difficult but quite annoying.
Do you have the same phenomenon?

Regards, Detlef
