* Enhancement: Class TSliderMetro now avoids user interaction when the slider is
going upwards:

* Fix: Debugger libs were missing in FWH MinGW version. Now it is ok.

* New: samples\FiveDBU.prg shows how to easily create a DBU for Windows 32 and
64 bits.

* Improvement: Improved scrolling of metropanel with mouse/finger.

* Fix: MsgDate() function in msgmeter.prg. Now the headers are displayed correctly
in all cases.

* New: Class TMsgItem Method SetBitmap( cBmpEnabled, cBmpDisabled ) allows to change
a Msgbar item's bitmaps on runtime.

* Enhancement: Class TRadMenu support for empty array of items.
