but i dont know how to execute it with FWH.....

I assume you are using ADO
Simple stored procedure without paramters:

  oCmd     := TOleAuto():New( "ADODB.Command" )
   WITH OBJECT oCmd
      :ActiveConnection    := oCn  // Connection object already created
      :CommandText         := <StoredProcName>
      :CommandType         := adCmdStoredProc   // Value is 4
