Because FWH calculates virtual coordinates on the screen based on the height of each different type of control. Please try it this way:

@ 1, 1 SAY "&Dzien:" OF oDlg
@ 1.2, 6 GET tDZIEN OF oDlg
@ 2, 1 SAY "&Godziny:" OF oDlg
@ 2.4, 6 GET tGODZINY OF oDlg SIZE 40, 10 PICTURE "999.99"
