FWH and xHB in South Africa

Hi,

I am currently drawing up a proposal for a potential customer in South Africa.

One of the questions that I have been asked is who else in South Africa is using FWH and xHB.

The reason for their asking is that if, in the event of something bad happening to me, I am unable to complete the job or provide ongoing support, or updates after the system is complete, who can they contact to take over the project and continue the work or provide updates.

Obviously, should the above occur for any reason, you would negotiate your own rates etc. etc. with the customer.
