Draw a line with Mouse

How I can Make to draw a line with mouse into oWnd ?
and then how I make to converte it as a obj( ctrl) as if is a class line to get an Id for each line drawed ?

thanks but if i draw a line how i must make to converte this line in a object to asssign a id and the i can move or modify?
