Help TrayIcon + set key

Hi, i wanna make a icon stay in trayicon of windows it´s OK

and i wanna that if is press in window key F8 open the
my window of my sistem.

is possible ? while user press inside of window key f6 "my sistema only tray working" open window or dialog
