Splash screen like windows live mail - transparent

Hi, im trying make an splash screen like windows live mail splash, an image with transparent background in relation to windows screen, someone has an ideia?? i try modify fivetech´s msglogo to do this , but without sucess.

No, sorry. Actually you can only use a BMP file.
