GET ACTION BITMAP

I use GET ... ACTION ... BITMAP

Is there a way to display a special tooltip only when the cursor in moved on the bitmap to explain the action?
If not, this would be a nice feature!

Yes you can do that...

but is necesary initiate dialog first...
