Dialogue Gradients

Dialogue Gradients

Postby Gary Woodley » Mon Jul 06, 2009 12:33 pm

Hi,

I have a dialogue box with a gradient background. Withing the box I want a group with a white background and then buttons and gets within that group. If I set the group with a white background, my buttons and gets disappear behind the group. The only way to display the buttons etc is set the group to Transparent which then is gradient rather than white. In VB I would just send the group to the back. Is there any way to achieve the same result?

Regards

Gary

Hello Gary,

a Solution :

You can paint another Gradient on Top of the 1. one.
The second Gradient can cover the Area, You want to have a Group.
The Controls will shown on top of the Group-Gradient.
It can be a much more intesting Effect. It is just to show, what I mean.
