How to define a gif from RC file with @say

The the size of the gif that I wanna use is 4kb, it's a very simple image...
I take a look in the TGif class, there is 2 troubles:
1º Don't has a choice to load from resource
2º Don't look's to be compatible with dialog's, just windows....
