Error after update the last version (9.12 )

Every program I try to compile generates the following error:

Are you using the xharbour provided by FWH along with the 9.12 build?

The right xharbour version is:
xHarbour Compiler build 1.2.1 (SimpLex) (Rev. 6406)

Please check that you are not using an old xharbour version, thanks
