How to keep Norwegian in .dbf file?

My customer need to enter Norwegian Name in database.

- How do I set FONT for Norwegian Charactor? Bcos, I try to set Font to support Norwegian but it cannot try correctly in TGET.
- How do I save in .DBF file? Bcos, I type in to memo field TGET MEMO. It show correctly but when I retrieve from database, it shows like this "??????".
