OCR and Fivewin, any sugestion?

The challenge is the following:
1. - To read an identification card (ID card) with the scanner. This is resolved with the class of L. Gadaleta.
2. - To identify sections of the ID card and to apply OCR. To be able to record that part as text in a DBF file.

In the following site http://www.scanshell-store.com they sell scanners that comes with a software that already do this.
