CLASS TToast vs. Shell_NotifyIcon

found CLASS TToast() and had look into Sample c:\fwh\samples\toastest.prg

it seems me like "Tray-Ballon" using Shell_NotifyIcon()

but TToast have much more

Question : can i use TToast look like "Tray-Ballon"
if YES, please post a Sample how
