Running Vista Business RTM .. no problems !!!! .. You will need to find you a new resource editor however if you use Borland Resource workshop .. there is a workshop work around by associating the .rc to Workshop and opening the .rc from explorer .. if you open Resource editor by itself .. it will 'barf'
