Mauricio,

Both [x]Harbour and Java use "virtual machines" to run pcode.

[x]Harbour could be adapted to generate pcode for the Java "virtual machine", but this is a complex task, only available for "virtual machines" gurus. At the moment such development has not started though it was considered since the born of Harbour.
