FWH, MySQL, PHP Programmer Wanted

I am looking for a programmer with extensive experience with FWH, MySQL and PHP. The project will require 20-25 hours per week for six-nine months. The project will require creating databases and tables; creating LISTBOX or XBROWSE windows with multiple functions; data entry windows with validation that save information to MySQL, creating forms or reports in PDF or XLS format; creating PHP script to access MySQL information.
