MicroSoft Flight Simulator and FSUIPC

Hello,

I would like to make a small program for Flight Simulator 2004 (FS2004). I need to be able to read some flight parameters like airspeed, altitude, position, etc. from FS2004.

In the previous link, the page of FSUIPC by Peter Dowson, there is a SDK to connect with FS2004 using "IPC" (Inter Process Communication). The SDK provides functions for MSVC/C++, Delphi, Java, Visual Basic and other languages, but I would like to make the program in FWH.

I have tried connecting with the server using DDEClient and DDEMLClient, but no success.

My doubt is if the connection is to be made using:

1. DDEClient or DDEMLClient
2. Loading the C library during runtime and using C functions.
3. Writting a the functions in FWS and linking to the C library.

Please, find below the code of the C's funtions included in the SDK I mentioned before. There is one to connect to the server, another to read a value, other to write a value and one to end the connection. Maybe someone has already written the functions in FWH. FS2004 has thousands of users around the world and most likely Pete Dowson would include the FWH conection in the SDK if I manage to conect them.
