I need to send an XML file generated by my system to ANVISA, but for that I
to inform the User and password, the site of anvisa will check the User and password, if
is correct will get the XML file, if it is wrong will not accept.

The shape of transmission is via WebService. How to do it via FiveWin? If you can give me a hint.
