Compiling xHarbour Oct 2006 on Windows 7 32 bit

When I attempt to compile an xharbour / Fivewin for xHarbour app on me Windows 7 32 bit laptop I get this error.

Type: C >>>Couldn't build: EtExcel.obj<<<

Anyone know how to correct this, works fine on my Windows XP workstation.
