Begin programme m FiveWin.Prompt, where take the idle time, suitable designer of the forms?

Vladimir,
To design the forms, you have to use a resources editor, like the Borland Resources Workshop, or Microsoft Visual Studio Resources Editor.
We recommend the free PellesC resources editor (built inside the IDE) http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/
