Very basic question.

Guys:
I'd created a report via THIS WAY:
REPORT oRep TITLE ...
COLUMN ...
ENDREPORT
ACTIVATE REPORT oRep
...

How can I include:
1. Page number in the footer ?
2. Date & time in the header ?
3. Add 2 blank lines after group totals ?
