OT: Looking for dBase 2

I need to do some testing with dBase II (two) version back from 1982-83.

If you have it then I really appreciate if you could provide it to me, thanks :-)

I hope it is the Version, You are looking for :
There are 3 Versions

1. DBase II Release 2.41 / April 83
2. DBase II Release 2.41 / CPM-86
3. DBase II Release 2.43 / Update

Does it has to be so specific? Won't dosbox be of any help?

Hua,

dBase II was delivered as a COM (instead of an EXE) and I have tested it on DosBox and does not work

I extracted 4 files from a Image :

Command.com
FDisk.com
Format.com
Sys.com


I will send You a File MS_DOS.zop by Email
I hope it works together with DBASE II

I have been able to build a VirtualBox disk image with msdos 3.3 and dBase II and III inside. dBase III is working fine but dBase II does not start. Kind of mistery...

Maybe I can find one in stock already installed with msdos.

Are you sure DBase II works with DOS? I remember the time I used it, the OS was CP/M with a 8bits CPU.
