I don't have access to Otto's files, but after much encouragement from Antonio over the years, I switched from Multi-Edit to UE Studio. Overall I have been very happy with the result.

Check the thread on this forum about using UE Studio with Harbour and MSVC 2010. It includes the compiler script you can install. It works quite well with UE Studio Build controls which makes it very easy to create, and build, projects.

I'd still like to see some improvement in formatting. There are some issues. Multi-edit had a great formatting program for .prg files.
