While we thank you for all the trouble you have taken to suggest a revised code, I think it is just enough to add the following three lines in the beginning.

      lOffset := .t.
   endif
 

I have given the full code in the above posting.

We shall be glad if you can test and give your feedback.

We are providing this behaviour as optional when oBrw:lFreezeLikeExcel is set to .t..
