I wish create a buttonbar at the bottom of dialog
why not run ?

1. Create ButtonBar without BOTTOM clause.
2. ON INIT oBar:GoDown()

I make a check
I have a your sample test ( fwh 15.04) with you use Bottom clausole and not oBar:godown() on init but oDlg:resize()
