a small question on Yunus NagesWarao sample

a small question on Yunus NagesWarao sample

Postby Silvio.Falconi » Wed Apr 05, 2023 10:47 am

I'm using the array technique to save the body of an invoice like NagesWarao does in his yunus.prg example

NagesWarao assigns to the static variable "cItemFlds" the fields it uses in the xbrowse

Code: Select all  Expand view  RUN
static cItemFlds  := "INVNUM,SERIAL,ITEMCODE,ITEMNAME,QUANTITY,UNIT,PRICE,DISCOUNT,RECNO()"

If I have many fields to set can use ";" ?

sample
Code: Select all  Expand view  RUN
static cItemFlds  := "INVNUM,SERIAL,ITEMCODE,ITEMNAME,QUANTITY,;
                                     UNIT,PRICE,DISCOUNT,RECNO()"

or not ?

Dear Silvio,

You have to do it this way:
Code: Select all  Expand view  RUN
  static cItemFlds  := "INVNUM,SERIAL,ITEMCODE,ITEMNAME,QUANTITY," + ;
                        "UNIT,PRICE,DISCOUNT,RECNO()"
regards, saludos
