STATUSBAR problem in Resource Dialog?

I define Resource Dialog and bStart this function

I found ToolTip's message not show STATUSBAR
Any idea for it?

I change code like you and touch ToolBar's button can appear MsgInfo()
My preview report window use TSButton Bar+STATUSBAR can show message.
My Main Window TToolBar+STATUSBAR can not show any message.
