Why is this code produce an error?

I have xharbour 0.99.60 and Fivewin 2.7. The following code produce an error :
Harbour Exception
Called from CDLG2CHR(0)
Called from TDIALOG:CTOCHAR(0)
Called from TDIALOG:ACTIVATE(0)

This has something to do with the length of the title string
