Pocket PC Install

All,

Is there anyway to execute a program on the Pocket PC during installation? I'm using cab files and inno setup to install the necessary files on the desktop and then launching ceappmgr to install on the pocket pc. I need a way to run an executable on the pocket pc during or after the installation process.
