This is a real fast way to do it:

    cTxtFile = MemoRead( cRCFile )
      nFrom = 1

      while nFrom < Len( cTxtFile )
         cLine = ExtractLine( cTxtFile, @nFrom )
         ...
         SysRefresh()
      end
