Call a FWH program from another and leave it open (SOLVED)

How can I call a FiveWin program from another and leave it open ? For example:
1. Program A calls program B
2. Program B opens and STAYS open but control returns to A
3. Program A closes but B is left open.

Start is a Windows command.
