How to put an icon on taskbar in windows 7

I can’t find out how I did - my prg xPlan shows/ xReport does not - to show the icon on the taskbar in WINDOWS 7.
Can someone please explan how to do.

I found the solution:

DEFINE ICON oIco RESOURCE "1"

DEFINE WINDOW oWnd TITLE "TEST" from 200,200 to 900,1100 pixel ICON oIco
