why Webcam and not a normal Screenshot ?
As well I'm looking for a Solution, to save a selected Area of the Screen to a Image.
A solution from Antonio ( maybe a Example needed ) :

Try this. It is for a scanner, but I think it works with a webcam if it is twain.
