help with ribbon please (edited)

someone could give me a help with the ribbon?
as the figure :
1) I wanted to stretch the tabs (vertical), would make this adjustment?
2) put these buttons to the right of the ribbon, adjusting as I change the size of the window.
3) put these buttons up in the window
and by last, use the color scheme of word 2010. ==> i see clause 2010, but dont match with colors of office 2010
