En mi directorio \Windows de mi PDA (WM 6.1 Pro.)dispongo de estas DLLs:
pimtlb
pimapi
pimdlg
pimgdll
pimgres
pimstore
pimutil

Por favor, prueba este codigo en tu PDA:


   RegisterServer( "pimstore.dll" )

   oOutLook = CreateObject( "PocketOutlook.Application" )
   MsgInfo( oOutLook:ClassName() )

I saw on sdk 2003 there is a poom.lib and a sample in c++ to link to outlook
